Knee rehab after ACL tear – how did Pentosan Polysulfate help me?

I tore my ACL last year and’ve been on a slow recovery. After the surgery I started taking 100 mg of Pentosan Polysulfate three times a day on the recommendation of a colleague who’s read the /peptides/pentosan-polysulfate page. I’ve been at it for about five months now.

The joint feels less stiff, the swelling is noticeably lower, and I can do a full squat without the sharp pain that used to shoot up the shin. I’ve had a couple of mild headaches and a tiny stomach ache, but nothing serious. I wonder if the 3× daily oral dosing is the best approach or if some people do it once a day or a few injections a week instead.
