KLOW stack for post‑marathon recovery – dosing, timing, what worked for me

After a 100‑mile race last fall I tried a full KLOW stack to cut the after‑burn. 5 mL sterile saline to get a 10 mg/mL solution. 5 mg.
GHK‑Cu and BPC‑157 were injected daily around 7 pm, TB‑500 2‑3 days a week (Mon‑Wed‑Fri) at 8 am. The total weekly dose was 7 mg TB‑500, 1400 mcg GHK‑Cu, 3500 mcgandla BPC‑157. I ran the cycle for 8 weeks, tapering TB‑500 and GHK‑Cu down over the last two weeks.
30 mL each; I kept the needles 23 G and rotated sites. After the first two weeks I noticed less muscle ache and my soreness dropped from 8/10 to 3/10 on day 3 of recovery. By week 6 my running cadence felt smoother and my skin looked more refreshed. I’m curious if anyone else has used a similar schedule or tweaks that improved the effect or reduced injection site irritation.
