Trying TB‑4 Fragment for Achilles Pain After Marathon – Dose and Timing Questions

I ran a 26‑mi ultramarathon two months ago and the Achilles has been stubbornly tender, limiting my jogs and even causing a mild swelling that lingers after the run. I’ve read that TB‑4 fragment can encourage cellრც migration and angiogenesis, so I started 400 µg on day one and increased to 600 µg daily, injecting just above the tendon sheath, and I noticed the soreness subside noticeably after the first week. I am now aiming to push it to maintenance dosing but I’m unsure whether to keep it daily or drop to every other day, and whether adding a BPC‑157 shot on the same site would speed up the tissue repair or just dilute the effect.
I also get a mild injection‑site irritation that fades within a day, but I worry the cyst‑like swelling might be an early sign of chronic inflammation. Any fellow users who have worked the tendon with TB‑4 fragment can share their dosing cadence and whether they found benefit in pairing it with BPC‑157 or had better results sticking with only the fragment?
