Can timing a CJC‑1295 injection with sleep boost recovery?

For what it is worth, I started using 100 mcg of CJC‑1295 (no DAC) at 9 pm, right before bed, about a year ago. I was aiming to get a natural GH pulse during deep sleep. I’ve been tracking sleep latency, total REM, and how my muscles feel after workouts.

After a month I noticed my post‑workout soreness dropped a bit and I didn’t feel the “cold‑hand” tingling that usually comes with early injections. I also logged my body fat percentage every two weeks. It slipped from 28 % to 26 % after about 10 weeks of nightly dosing.

I’m not a scientist – just a nurse‑PA – so I don’t claim this is proof, but it seems the timing might matter. I’m curious if anyoneysts or coaches have tried a similar schedule. Does the GH pulse during REM actually help muscle repair, or is it just coincidence? Any data or anecdotal evidence would be great to compare.
