Seeking guidance on BPC-157 dosing while recovering from a hamstring tear

After a left hamstring strain during a 100m trial last month, I started to look into BPC‑157 as a way to speed up the healing. I’ve read that the injectable version is usually 250‑500 mcg per dose, 1–2 times a day, and that the oral form sits at 500 mcg–1 mg, 1–2 times daily. I’m currently using the oral arginate salt because I don’t want the injection sites to itch, but the pain in my hamstring still feels like a nagging sore spot nesten 4 weeks in.

I’m wondering if a switch to the injectable version would make a noticeable difference in speed or depth of recovery, or if I should just keep the oral and add a low‑dose GHK‑Cu for extra wound support. I’ve got a full physiotherapy routine, but my schedule is tight, so any practical advice on timing, dose adjustment, or how to layer the peptides safely would be appreciated. The usual "no medical advice" rule is fine, I just want to learn from others who have been through the same tendon grind.
