Oxandrolone and HDL crash, how to manage the dip?

Posted by casey613 in Safety & Side Effects - 1 points, 0 comments.

I have been running /peptides/oxandrolone at 20mg daily for about eight weeks now and just got my bloods back from the clinic. My HDL has absolutely tanked, which was expected but seeing the actual numbers is a bit jarring lah. I did not feel any different physically, no fatigue or anything, but the lipid profile is definitely skewed.

I am wondering if anyone has found a way to keep the HDL from cratering so hard without losing the benefits for my recovery. I have tried some basic omega 3s and keeping my cardio up, but it seems like the compound just overrides everything. Does adding something like NR /peptides/nr or maybe some Ca-AKG /peptides/ca-akg help with the metabolic side of things or is that just wishful thinking?

I want to be steady with my health long term and not just chase the gains. If you have seen a way to mitigate the liver stress or the lipid dip while staying on a therapeutic dose, please share. I am curious if the dip happens faster for some people or if it is just a linear drop the longer you run it.
