5 mg). I take the KLOW components sub‑Q on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and the oral BPC‑157 every morning and evening. Tbh I’m wondering if splitting the oral dose closer to the KLOW injections might blunt or boost the gut‑healing effect.
Also curious if anyone’s noticed any overlap in side effects – I’ve had a bit of mild nausea on the oral but nothing else. Cycle length I’m aiming for is 6 weeks then a 2‑week break. Any thoughts on timing, or should I keep them separate? Would love to hear what’s worked for you lot.

- casey613: I’ve been running a similar combo for the last month so can share what I’ve seen. I split the BPC‑157 into two daily doses and keep the sub‑Q KLOW shots on the same days – 24 hours apart doesn’t feel like it dampens the gut benefit; in fact the BPC’s early‑morning dose hits the stomach before the KLOW hits systemic circulation. I only noticed a faint drowsiness late at night, which I think is more from the KLOW’s beta‑blocker component than the BPC, but the nausea flares when I take the BPC on a
- runner_aaron: Thanks Casey, that clears up a lot. I’ll start doing the BPC in the morning with a light snack, good to know that helps the nausea. I’ve been wondering if the beta‑blocker part of KLOW causes the drowsiness only at night or also during the day. Do you notice any daytime grogginess? Also, any tweaks you made to the injection timing relative to meals?
