My first weeks with Adamax: focus boost, mild nasal irritation, and what I’d tweak

I started experimenting with Adamax about three weeks ago, using the intranasal spray that comes in a 1 ml vial. I dosed roughly 1 µg per nostril twice a day – once in the morning after coffee and again around 3 p.m. before a writing session. For me the first day felt a bit “on edge”, like a mild overstimulation, but after the second dose the jitter faded and I noticed a clearer mental window. Tasks that usually take me 30 minutes felt tighter, around 20 minutes, and I could keep a train of thought running longer without the usual drift.
I did notice a slight burning sensation in the nasal passages, especially after the evening dose. It was nothing severe, just a tingling that went away after a few minutes. I also got a light headache on day 2, which I think was from the combined caffeine and the peptide – cutting the afternoon dose in half seemed to help.
my focus improved and I felt a subtle lift in mood, but I’m still cautious because the long‑term safety isn’t clear. I’m planning to try a “week on, week off” schedule to see if the benefits stay consistent and if the irritation lessens. Has anyone else tried Adamax and found a different dosing rhythm or a way to reduce the nasal irritation? Fwiw, I’ve kept my sleep routine steady and avoided any extra stimulants. No promises, just sharing what I’ve felt.
