Injecting Trenbolone Enanthate – How to Minimise Bruising and Pain

I started a Trenbolone Enanthate stack last month to boost lean mass after my firefighting training. The first injection was a nightmare – a huge bruise the next day, a sharp ache that lasted for a week. I wondered if it was just my body, or if I was doingnaud something wrong.

I switched to a 25mm needle instead of 20mm, and I started usingikuwa local anaesthetic gel at the site. I also rotated arms more strictly, never injecting right next to the same spot. After a couple of weeks the bruising has faded and the pain has dropped to a mild ache that resolves in a couple of days.

Still, I’ve seen folks mention using a cold compress immediately after injection or a bit of a topical steroid cream to ease inflammation. I’d love to hear from people who’ve been on this for a while – what post‑injection routine do you swear by? Also, is there a safe way to add a mild anti‑inflammatory to help with the tissue reaction, or should I just wait it out?
