Trying low‑dose pulsed Rapamycin to boost sleep and recovery after training

I started a low‑dose pulsed rapamycin regime two months ago, 3 mg once a week, after reading that it helps with autophagy and immune rejuvenation. I only take it on Sunday after a light workout, then go to bed around 10. The first week I felt a little drowsy, but my sleep quality improved – I fell asleep faster and woke up feeling less groggy.

By week three I noticed the muscle soreness from my deadlift sessions was less severe the next day, and my joints seemed a little steadier. I haven’t seen any mouth soreness or GI upset so far. I keep a simple log of how many hours I sleep and how sharp I feel the next training day.

It’s still early, but the pattern seems promising – better sleep, less recovery time, and overall more energy for my squats. Would anyone else want to try a similar schedule?
