BPC‑157 oral dosing schedule for post‑ultra marathon Achilles tendinopathy

I’ve been dealing with a nagging Achilles tendinopathy after a 100 mil race. Recovery has been slow despite PT, eccentric work, and plenty of ice. I started an oral BPC‑157 regimen a week after the race based on the 500 µg‑1 mg range. I took 500 µg in the morning on an empty stomach, then another 500 µg before bed, both with a glass of water.
For me the first couple of days I felt mild nausea, but it settled after a day. By the third week I noticed less soreness after my rehab curls and the tendon felt less tight during my morning jogs. My PT said the tendon’s texture seemed a bit better on palpation, though I can’t say it’s a miracle. I kept the 1 mg daily split (morning + evening) for six weeks, then dropped to 500 µg once daily for another four weeks while tapering my training.
I’m curious if anyone has tried a similar timing, morning dose before PT, night dose after stretching, to sync with the 4‑hour half‑life. Any thoughts on optimal length of the cycle or combining with collagen or LL‑37 for added antimicrobial support?
