Curious about Ca-AKG for aging markers – anyone tried it?

Hey folks, I’ve been reading about calcium alpha-ketoglutarate (Ca-AKG) and how it’s supposed to help with biological aging markers. I’m pretty new to all this and I tend to want to see some kind of data before I try anything, so I’m wondering if anyone here has actually used it and noticed anything like better sleep, skin changes, or just feeling more energetic. I know the typical dose is around 1-3 grams a day split into one or two servings, but I’m not looking for a personal prescription – just curious about real world experiences.

For me I’d probably start low and maybe track some basic labs like CRP or fasting glucose to see if anything shifts. Would love to hear what you’ve observed, even if it’s just “seemed to help a bit” or “nothing noticeable”. Thanks!
