com/tesamorelin-ipamorelin-study). I haven’t tried the stack myself but i’ve used ipamorelin alone a few months ago and noticed better sleep and a little less morning grogginess, though the hunger bump was annoying. The article made it sound like the combo gives a “1+1=3” gh release which sounds cool but i’m always wary of hype around synergistic claims without long term human data. Does anyone here have actual experience with both together?

- sleep_coastal: Anecdotally, I’ve stuck to ipamorelin solo for sleep and energy, found the hunger spike manageable with timing. Combining tesamorelin feels like gambling without a map, gh spikes might help, but long-term safety is a guess. Have you tried the stack, or is this hearsay? Curious if others notice similar hunger shifts or if the combo actually smooths stuff out.
- tara_ketogen: Thanks for the caution. I haven’t tried the combo yet, stuck with ipa solo for now since the hunger spike messes with my appetite window. Sleep_coastal, you said timing helps manage the hunger? Any specific tricks you used? I snacked strategically but still got ravenous post-dose.
