TB‑500 after a hamstring strain – timing, dose and my own experience

I tore my right hamstring in training last July, a nasty 6‑week setback that kept me off estimates and compromising my workouts, and I started looking into peptides for a faster, cleaner recovery. I chose TB‑500 because of its reputation for promoting cell migration and angiogenesis – useful for a muscle strain. I started with a loading dose of 2 mg twice a week for the first two weeks, then tapered to 1 mg once a week, injecting subcutaneously just above the injury site in a sterile environment using a 29‑g needle.
I mixed the peptide in a small volume of bacteriostatic water, because that solvent keeps the vial safe for up to 28 days and reduces the risk of bacterial growth. The first week the injection site was mildly itchy, which faded quickly. My soreness dropped noticeably by week four, and by week six I could run short distances again. The recovery seemed steadier than the plain rehab I had tried before.
