Trying Low‑Dose Weekly Rapamycin, My First Week Experience

I started a low‑dose rapamycin protocol last week. The telemedicine clinic suggested 3 mg once a week, which matches the typical dose in the research notes. I took the pill on Sunday night, and on Monday I felt a bit tired and had a sore mouth for a day, which the study says can happen.
For a retired wrongly‑named firefighter like me, the idea of mTOR inhibition sounds promising. I read that it can improve autophagy and possibly help with immune rejuvenation, so I was curious if any change would show soon. The only noticeable thing was a slight increase in sleep depth, my pillow feels softer and I wake feeling less groggy. Nothing dramatic, but anecdotally it helps.
I’m still a week in and will monitor my energy the next four weeks. If anyone else’s first‑time story is out there, I’d love to compare. 🌱
