Rapamycin Weekly Dosing: my 3 months experience and what I wonder about cycling

I started low‑dose rapamycin at 3 mg once a week about 13 weeks ago, mainly because a colleague mentioned it helped with recovery and sleep. In the first few weeks I could feel my sleep getting deeper – I was waking up less in the night, and the soreness after heavy lifts was noticeably less. I didn’t notice any obvious nausea or mouth sores, but I did feel a slight chill after the injection that lasted a couple hours.
After week 6 I tried taking two weeks on, one week off, then two on again. My sleep stayed good during medically “on” periods, but on the off weeks I felt a tiny drop in energy – my high‑intensity training felt a bit flat. I still take it once a week, but I’m wondering if a longer break, say four weeks off every few months, might be safer long‑term.
Any of you tried a similar pulse‑cycle? How did you gauge if you were ready to resume?
