Oxandrolone 10mg daily – any noticeable lipid shifts after 4 weeks?

Howzit folks. I ran a low dose of oxandrolone at 10mg split twice a day for about a month to help with tendon recovery after a niggle. Felt stronger in the gym and the achilles seemed less sore, which was lekker.

1 mmol/L while LDL stayed roughly the same. Triglycerides were fine. No obvious liver enzyme rise – ALT and AST still within range.

I’m wondering if others have seen a similar dip in HDL at this dose or if it’s just my body reacting. Should I be adding something like omega‑3s or niacin to counteract it, or is the change minor enough to ignore? Also, any tips on timing the dose with meals to reduce GI upset?

Would appreciate any real‑world anecdotes or what you guys watch for on labs when running oral AAS. Thanks.
