GLOW Stack: My 4‑Week Cycle for Post‑Run Recovery

I’ve been running the GLOW stack for the past month after a 100‑mile race and wanted to share what’s worked for me. Daily I mix 200 µg of GHK‑Cu and 500 µg of BPC‑157 in 1 mL of 0.9 % saline, injecting subcutaneously in the thigh and upper arm. TB‑500 is set at Ips 2.5 mg in 0.5 mL, injected twice a week (Tuesday and Friday) after the long run. I reconstitute the powders in 100 mL of sterile water at the start of the cycle, then aliquot the daily doses into 1‑mL vials to keep the solution fresh.

After the 4‑week run I noticed a noticeable drop in muscle soreness and my skin felt tighter, especially around the calf area. I did get mild flushing after the first GHK‑Cu dose but it passed within 30 min. Ngl I’d love to hear if anyone else tweaks the TB‑500 frequency or prefers a different injection site. Any tips on managing the post‑run flush or extending the cycle without losing efficacy?
