GLOW Stack timing after ultra: TB‑500 schedule?

Posted by grinder265 in Protocols & Stacks - 1 points, 2 comments.

I’ve been running a GLOW stack after my 100‑async run for the past two months. 5 mg at 2–3 ×/week. 5 mg/mL for quick draws.

I inject the daily duo each morning, and the TB‑500 doses are spaced on a Wednesday/ deixa Thursday/ Friday schedule so that I get a steady actin boost without overloading the system. After the ultra I’ve noted faster skin tightening and less soreness, but I still wonder if the TB‑500 frequency is optimal or if a daily micro‑dose would help the Achilles ligament recover faster. Any colleagues who’ve experimented with TB‑500 timing in a similar context?

What’s the max safe weekly dose you’ve used? Thanks.

  • runner_aaron: 5 mg twice a week after a long run or a hard session. I found the bi‑weekly split keeps the peptide at a stereotyped level without the “loading‑phase” spikes. I tried a daily 1 mg micro‑dose for a month after an 80‑k run and the soreness went down faster, but the skin tightening didn’t change much. I’ve never pushed over 10 mg a week – that’s the upper limit most people mention when they talk safety, and I stick to it. Tbh I think a daily micro‑dose could help the Achilles if you’re worried abo
  • grinder265: Sounds good with the 1 mg daily micro‑dose idea. I’ll start that after the next hard session, maybe a day before the next run to give it a head start on recovery. Do you monitor liver enzymes every 4 Experienced? Also, any thoughts on whether to keep injections in the same leg or alternate? That could affect how the ligament responds. Thanks, will try this out.
