Low-dose rapamycin once weekly – timing with food and sleep?

Hey folks, pretty new to the longevity side of things but I’ve been reading a lot about rapamycin’s mTOR inhibition and autophagy stuff. Ngl the science looks solid but I’m fuzzy on the practical side.
I started with 5 mg taken once a week on Sunday night with a light snack, just to see how I felt. The next day I felt a bit more clear-headed, not sure if that’s placebo or real. I did notice a tiny sore spot on my inner lip after two doses, which matches the mouth sore side effect I read about.
Anyone else taking it weekly? Do you take it with food, on an empty stomach, or at a specific time of day to avoid sleep disruption? I’m wondering if moving it earlier in the day might help with the GI upset I’ve heard about.
Also, has anyone tracked any biomarkers like fasting glucose or HRV while on a low-dose pulse? Just trying to get a sense of what’s worth measuring beyond how I feel. Thanks for any tips!
