Trying MK-677 for sleep – any timing tips?

I’ve been experimenting with MK-677 at 15 mg taken about an hour before bed for the past three weeks. Fwiw my sleep feels deeper and I wake up less groggy, but I’m not sure if that’s the peptide or just the extra calories making me drowsy. I’ve read that it mimics ghrelin and stays active for ~24 hours, so timing might not matter as much as with injectable GHRPs, but I wonder if splitting the dose (half morning half night) could blunt the hunger spike while keeping GH/IGF-1 up.

Has anyone tried different schedules and noticed a change in recovery or fasting glucose? I’m also curious if stacking with a short‑acting GHRP like ipamorelin at night would give a cleaner pulse without adding much more appetite. Just looking for real‑world observations, not study citations, but if anyone has seen labs on IGF-1 fluctuation with split dosing I’d love to hear.
