Trying Pentosan Polysulfate for knee joint ache – any tips on oral dosing?

I’ve been dealing with a nagging ache in my right knee after months of ladder work and repetitive strain, feels like low‑grade osteoarthritis rather than a sharp tear. I read that Pentosan Polysulfate sodium is used for cartilage support and joint pain, with a typical oral dose of 100 mg three times a day. Has anyone here tried it for similar joint discomfort, especially while doing light rehab like cycling and band exercises?
I’m curious about timing – should I spread the doses with meals to reduce GI upset, or take them all at once? Also, has anyone stacked it with oral BPC‑157 for a synergistic effect, or does that increase bleeding risk? Thanks in advance.
