BPC-157 and LDN for chronic shoulder impingement?

I have been dealing with this nagging shoulder impingement for ages and it just will not budge, so I am thinking about mixing some BPC-157 with low dose naltrexone to see if it helps with the systemic inflammation side of things. For me, the pain seems to flare up more at night which makes sleep a nightmare, and I noticed /peptides/naltrexone-low-dose is usually taken at bedtime to help with that kind of chronic inflammation. I have used BPC-157 before for other things and it seemed to work, but I am wondering if anyone has tried adding LDN to the mix for a joint issue like this.
5mg range for the naltrexone, but I am not sure if it interferes with the regenerative side of the BPC-157 or if it actually helps by calming the immune response so the tissue can actually heal, can or cannot? I want to get the timing right so I am not just masking the pain while I do my rehab exercises, because that is how I usually end up making it worse, leh. Any experiences with this combo?
