Feedback on adding nattokinase to my BPC-157/TB-500 recovery stack

5mg twice a week – for the last six weeks to help with a nagging lower‑back tweak from old firefighting gear, and I’ve noticed the usual steady improvement in stiffness and a bit less morning ache. Lately I’ve been reading about nattokinase and its fibrinolytic action, and I wonder if throwing in a low dose on empty stomach could help with the micro‑clot side of recovery without upping bleed risk too much. Has anyone here tried stacking nattokinase 2000‑4000 FU daily with BPC-157/TB-500?
I’m thinking of taking it first thing with water, waiting 30 minutes before the BPC shot, just to keep the gut clear. Would that timing make sense or am I overcomplicating it? Also, any thoughts on whether the nattokinase half‑life of 8‑12 hours means I should split the dose or keep it once a day?
Let me know what you’ve seen, especially if you’ve noticed any extra bruising or just that extra shiok feeling in circulation. Thanks for the input.
