BPC-157 oral for hamstring strain – timing and dose questions

Posted by runner_aaron in Healing & Recovery - 3 points, 0 comments.

Howzit folks, I pulled my hamstring about three weeks ago while doing sprints on the track. Physio says rest and slow rehab but I’m impatient and wanted to try something to speed up the tendon‑muscle healing. I’ve been reading about BPC‑157 oral (arginate salt) and wondering if anyone here has used it for a similar soft‑tissue injury.

Tbh I started with 500 mcg twice daily, morning and night, on an empty stomach. After about five days I felt less tightness when walking, but I’m not sure if that’s just the placebo or the peptide kicking in. Has anyone noticed a clear timeline for improvement with oral BPC‑157 versus the injectable form?

Also, should I keep dosing twice a day or drop to once after the first week? Any tips on stacking it with LDN for inflammation would be lekker too. Shame I can’t get bloods right now but I’ll keep an eye on how the leg feels during rehab sessions. Let me know your experiences, hey.
