Trying Dihexa oral for memory lapses – what I’ve noticed so far

I’ve been experimenting with Dihexa oral for the past three weeks to see if it helps with the occasional brain fog I get during long coaching days. I started with 10 mg every other day, taken first thing in the morning with a glass of water. After about five days I felt a bit sharper when recalling workout cues and naming new movements, though it’s hard to say if that’s just placebo or a real effect.

I did notice a mild headache on day two that went away after I lowered the dose to 5 mg on the off‑days. No insomnia or anxiety, but I made sure to skip it on days when I had a late night class to avoid overstimulation. 5 mg/kg) on alternate mornings for mitochondrial support, spacing them out by a few hours to reduce any interaction risk. As always I’m tracking how I feel in a simple journal and plan to get some basic bloodwork soon just to keep an eye on liver enzymes.
