Dihexa oral for memory gaps – my trial and error with dosing?

Yesterday I posted about trying Dihexa oral for memory lapses, and today I’m thinking more about how to tweak the timing. I’ve been taking 15mg every morning on an empty stomach, but lately I’ve noticed if I miss a day or take it too late, the fog comes back faster. I’m curious if taking it before bed makes a difference, some say it helps with sleep-related memory consolidation, but I’ve also heard it can cause insomnia.

For me, it’s more about that “too early in the day” feeling where I can’t focus until late afternoon. Maybe splitting doses? Or taking it with food?

I’m not sure. My own experience is all over the place, some days I feel like I’m sitting down with a book and absorbing it, other days I’m just… blank. I’m not claiming it’s a miracle, just noting what seems to work for me.

If anyone’s done similar experiments, even wild guesses are welcome. 🔬 I’d also love to hear if others notice different side effects, headaches, restless legs, or something else? Just sharing what I’ve been trying to piece together.
