BPC-157 oral for lingering knee pain – timing with rehab?

I’ve been dealing with a stubborn knee issue since a training accident last year. It’s not a tear or anything major, just constant tightness and occasional sharp twinges when I squat or climb stairs. Started using the oral BPC-157 about a month ago, 750 mcg twice a day as per the standard dose.
It’s definitely helped with some pain, especially at night, but the knee still acts up during workouts. My question is, does anyone else time their doses around rehab sessions?

- chemist_luis: For me, i tried taking it 30 mins before rehab and it seemed to dull the pain a little during squats. Not a total fix, but less twinges. Maybe timing it around when you’re most active helps? I dunno, everyone’s body’s different. Still got nights where it acts up though. ⚖️ just a thought, give it a crack and track if it makes a diff for ya.
- casey613: Thanks for the tip, chemist_luis. Tried 30 mins before rehab – pain was less sharp during squats, but still some twinges. Since my knee still flares at night, maybe adjusting the dose or trying later in the day? Any tips on tracking if timing makes a diff for ya?
