BPC-157 and LL-37 for chronic skin ulcers or slow healing wounds?

I have been dealing with a couple of stubborn skin lesions that just will not close up properly and it is getting quite annoying lah. I have used /peptides/bpc-157 before for joint stuff and it seemed to work well for me but I am wondering if it is the best bet for surface level skin repair or if I should be looking at something else.
I came across /peptides/ll-37 and the antimicrobial side of it sounds interesting because keeping the area clean is half the battle but I am not sure how it interacts with BPC. Would combining them be too much or does the LL-37 just handle the biofilm while the BPC does the heavy lifting on the tissue side? I am trying to figure out the best way to apply them if I go this route. Does anyone have experience using these together for skin rather than internal injuries? I want to make sure I am not just wasting my time or causing more irritation on the skin. Steady if anyone can share how they timed their applications or if they used a specific diluent like /peptides/phosphate-buffered-saline to keep things stable.
