Cartalax for joint ache – has anyone tried a short course?

Howzit folks. I’ve been dealing with a nagging ache in my left knee after long days on my feet teaching and the occasional easy jog. Nothing serious, just stiffness that lingers into the evening.
I saw Cartalax mentioned as a cartilage bioregulator and wondered if anyone here has run a short course of it for joint discomfort. Tbh I’m curious about the typical oral dose (1-2 caps a day) and how long you’d stay on it before taking a break. Did you notice any change in soreness or mobility, or was it just placebo?
Also, any side effects you ran into, like mild stomach upset? I’m not looking for a miracle fix, just wondering if it’s worth a try alongside my usual stretching and ice. Would appreciate any honest anecdotes. Thanks.
