BPC-157 oral timing with physio for hamstring strain – what works?

Posted by runner_aaron in Healing & Recovery - 1 points, 0 comments.

Howzit folks, I’ve been dealing with a nagging hamstring strain for about six weeks now. I’ve started a low dose of oral BPC-157 (500 mcg once a day) and I’m seeing physio twice a week for eccentric loading and some light mobility work. I’m wondering if anyone has noticed a difference when they take the peptide before versus after a physio session, or if splitting the dose (morning and night) makes any practical sense for tendon/muscle repair.

For me it feels like the soreness eases a bit quicker on days I take it after the session, but that could just be placebo or the natural ups and downs of healing. Any tips on timing around rehab, or should I just stick to a consistent daily dose and let the physio do its thing? Would love to hear what’s worked for others in a similar spot. Thanks.
