BPC-157 oral dosing with physio for hamstring strain – what worked?

Tbh, I’ve been stuck with this old hamstring strain since last season. Tried physio twice a week but nothing really shifted until I added BPC-157 oral. Just started dosing 500mcg daily, split it up, one in the morning, one before physio. Physio always says timing is key, so I timed it to hit before the session, 2 hours out. For me, it seemed to reduce the sharpness during stretches. Not gone, but the pain isn’t catching me by surprise anymore.
The reference said oral BPC-157 can help with gut stuff but also systemic benefits. I’m not sure if it’s placebo or what, but I haven’t had the nausea others mention. Maybe my stomach’s used to it now. Tbh, I’m curious if others timed it differently. Did you take it pre- or post-physio? Or maybe dosing higher?
Also, I’m not claiming it “fixed” it. Just seems like it’s working slower than I hoped. Would anyone here stack it with something else? Like GHK-Cu or TB-500? I’ve read about Wolverine stacks but never tried. Not sure if overkill for a hamstring or if it’d help. Thoughts?
Real talk, no sugarcoating. If it’s not working for you, say so. But if it seems to help, how’d you do it?
