hey folks, tbh i’ve been dealing with a mild rotator cuff strain for a few weeks after a rescue drill. i started a low‑dose bpc-157 protocol (250 mcg subq once daily) a couple of days after the injury, hoping it’d help with the inflammation and tissue repair. i’ve also been doing physio three times a week – light band work and scapular stabilization.
what i’ve noticed so far is a slight reduction in soreness about 30‑45 minutes after the injection, and my range of motion feels a bit less stiff on the days i space the shot out 12 hours from my physio session. on the days i took it right before the stretch, i felt a bit more “tight” during the exercises, maybe because of the mild nausea i get sometimes.
