Feedback on tweaking KLOW stack dosing for shoulder recovery

I’ve been running a version of the KLOW stack for a nagging shoulder impingement that’s been bothering me since my firefighting days. 5mg on Monday Wednesday and Friday evenings. I’ve noticed the pain feels less sharp after about two weeks and my range of motion is a bit steadier when I do light mobility work, though I can’t tell if that’s just placebo or the peptides actually helping.
I’m wondering if anyone has tried splitting the TB-500 dose into two smaller shots per week instead of three larger ones, or if keeping it strictly 2‑3x/week is better for avoiding that occasional head rush I get after the injection. Also curious if adding a low dose of IGF-1 LR3 on rest days would clash with the KPV’s anti‑inflammatory effect. Would love to hear your experiences or any safety tips you’ve picked up when stacking these four together.
