BPC-157 oral dosing around physio for chronic shoulder impingement – any timing tips?

I’ve been dealing with a nagging shoulder impingement for a few months now, mostly from old firefighting gear wear and repetitive overhead motions, and I started trying oral BPC-157 about three weeks ago at 500 mcg once daily on an empty stomach. The pain feels a bit less sharp when I’m at rest but I’m not sure if I’m timing it right with my physio sessions – I usually do my mobility work and light band exercises in the evenings after work. Should I take the peptide before the session to maybe help with inflammation during the workout, or after to support the repair phase?
I’ve read that oral BPC-157 has a lower bioavailability but a more sustained effect, so maybe splitting the dose could work? Also, anyone tried stacking it with a bit of colostrum for gut support while rehabbing? Just curious what’s worked for you guys, especially if you’ve noticed any difference in soreness the next day. Thanks for any insight.
