Feedback on adjusting KLOW stack dosing for post‑physio shoulder recovery

I’ve been running a KLOW stack for the past month to help with a nagging shoulder impingement that’s been bothering me since my firefighting days. 5mg on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings. I’ve noticed the pain is lower and my range of motion feels a bit better, but I sometimes feel a mild fatigue the day after TB‑500 shots.
I’m wondering if dropping TB‑500 to twice a week might keep the benefits while reducing that tiredness, or if splitting the dose into smaller amounts more often would work better. Has anyone tried tweaking the frequency of TB‑500 in the KLOW blend and seen a difference in recovery or side effects? Also, would taking a magnesium glycinate supplement at night help with any potential cramping or fatigue?
Just looking for some practical input before I adjust my protocol. Steady lah.
