Ipamorelin before bed – does timing really matter for sleep quality?

I’ve been experimenting with ipamorelin for a couple of months now, mostly 200mcg subcut before I hit the sack. Ngl I started popping it around 9pm because I read somewhere that GH pulses line up better with early sleep phases. I did notice I seemed to drop off faster and felt a bit less groggy in the morning, but that could just be placebo or the fact I was winding down earlier anyway.

Then I shifted the dose to 11pm for a week and honestly didn’t feel much difference – maybe a tiny bit more hunger before bed but sleep quality felt about the same on my cheap tracker. I’m curious if anyone else has tried splitting the dose or moving it earlier/later and actually saw a clear change in sleep depth or recovery markers. I’m not claiming any proof, just sharing what seemed to happen for me and wondering if there’s any solid data on optimal timing for ipamorelin’s GH pulse versus sleep architecture. Would love to hear your experiences or see any studies you’ve come across.
