Trying low‑dose rapamycin weekly + omega‑3 – 8 week notes on energy and skin

I’ve been doing low‑dose rapamycin 4mg once a week for about two months now and added 2g of omega‑3 (EPA/DHA) with my meals most days. Just wanted to share what I’ve felt so far, purely my own experience. In the first few weeks I didn’t notice much, maybe a bit less afternoon sluggishness but could’ve been placebo.

Around week 4 my sleep felt a tad deeper – I woke up less groggy even after late nights writing. My skin, which tends to get a bit dull in the humid Singapore weather, seemed a touch clearer and less prone to those little breakouts around my jawline. I also took note of my joints after my usual weekend runs; they felt a tad less stiff the next day, though I’m still stretching and doing my usual mobility work.

I’m keeping an eye on any mouth sores or weird lipid changes – haven’t seen anything yet but I plan to get basic bloodwork soon. Would love to hear if anyone else stacked these two and what they noticed.
