Thoughts on Lipo-C for liver fat and weight loss?

I was reading about the Lipo-C injections /peptides/lipo-c-injection and the way they use methionine, inositol, and choline to help the liver process fat. Basically, it sounds like a way to optimize the metabolic side of things while doing a calorie deficit.

I have been tracking my fasting glucose and HRV pretty closely during my recent weight loss attempts. I usually focus on the GLP-1 side of things, but I wonder if adding something for liver support actually moves the needle on the scale or if it is just a fancy B12 shot.

In my own experience, B12 usually gives me a decent energy bump, but I am skeptical if the MIC components actually make a visible difference in fat metabolism for someone who already eats clean. It seems like it could be overhyped, or maybe it just works better for people with actual malabsorption issues ๐Ÿ˜….

Does anyone here actually track their liver enzymes or lipids when using these? I would love to know if you saw a real change in your data or if it just felt like a placebo effect. ๐Ÿฅ—
