Adding LL-37 for stubborn skin inflammation with BPC-157

Been dealing with some weird skin irritation and slow healing around my old shoulder injury sites and it is quite annoying lah. I have been using BPC-157 /peptides/bpc-157 for the tendon side of things and it seemed to help the stability but the skin over the joint is still red and just not closing up properly. I was looking into LL-37 /peptides/ll-37 since it is supposed to help with re-epithelialization and biofilm stuff which might be why my skin is acting up.
Has anyone tried stacking LL-37 with BPC-157 for surface level healing while still treating the deep tissue? I am wondering if the LL-37 might cause too much local irritation if I use it at the same time or if it would actually speed things up. I usually do my BPC twice a day but I am not sure if LL-37 should be daily or just when it looks bad. If you have used it for skin recovery, did you notice any redness or just the healing part? Just want to make sure I am not making the inflammation worse before I try it.
