Combining TB4-Frag with full length TB-500 for chronic tendon issues

I have been dealing with this nagging shoulder issue for ages and it just will not budge, so I have been thinking about how to layer my peptides better. I have used /peptides/tb-500 before and it seemed to help with the overall stiffness, but for the actual localized tendon repair, I am wondering if adding /peptides/tb4-fragment makes sense since the smaller size might actually penetrate the tissue better.

I was thinking of keeping the full length for the systemic anti-inflammatory side and then using the fragment for more targeted work, but I am not sure if that is just overkill or if they might compete for the same receptors. For me, the full length always left me feeling a bit lethargic, but the fragment seems more subtle. Does anyone have experience running both at the same time, or is it better to just stick to one and cycle them? I am trying to time this with my physio sessions so I do not just mask the pain and overdo it, which would be a disaster lah. Any thoughts on the logic here would be steady.
