TB4-Frag plus oral BPC-157 for shoulder tendon strain – dosing around physio?

I’ve been dealing with a nagging shoulder tendon strain that started after a heavy lift during training, and as someone who’s used to pushing through pain I wanted to try something that might actually help the tissue heal rather than just mask it. I ran a short course of TB4-Frag at 400 mcg every other day subcut, and alongside that I started oral BPC-157 (arginate salt) at 500 mcg each morning on an empty stomach. I kept my physio sessions twice a week, focusing on eccentric loading and mobility work, and I tried to time the peptide shots a few hours before each session so the peak would line up with the workout.
For me the soreness seemed to dip a bit after the first week and I could move through the range with less sharp pain, though it could just be placebo or the extra rest I was giving it. Has anyone else stacked TB4-Frag with oral BPC-157 for tendon issues, and how did you schedule the doses around your rehab? Any tips on adjusting the frequency if you notice fatigue or mild headache? Would love to hear what’s worked or not worked for you all.
