Trying GlyNAC for a month – any notes on energy and skin?

Hey folks, I decided to give GlyNAC a go after reading a bit about glutathione precursors and thought I’d log what I noticed. I’m in my early thirties, based in Singapore, and I split the dose into two servings a day – roughly 5 g glycine and 600 mg NAC each time, taken with meals. First week felt pretty much the same, no obvious shift in energy or sleep.

Around day ten I started waking up feeling a tad less groggy, and my mid‑afternoon slump seemed a bit softer. By week three my skin looked a touch brighter, especially around the cheeks, and I noticed fewer little breakouts that usually pop up when I’m stressed. Sleep quality felt a tad deeper, though I can’t say if it’s the supplement or just me winding down earlier with less screen time.

No major side effects, just occasional mild gurgling in the gut after the NAC dose, nothing that stuck around. I’m keeping it simple and will probably run another month to see if the effects level off or keep building. Would love to hear if anyone else tried a similar protocol and what they tracked – maybe bloodwork for glutathione levels next time?
