Cartalax capsules for knee joint soreness after long runs – anyone tried?

Hey folks, I’ve been logging a lot of miles training for a 50k and my left knee has started feeling that dull ache after runs over 20 miles. I stretch, foam roll, and keep the volume sensible but the soreness lingers into the next day. I came across Cartalax (Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly) as a cartilage bioregulator and wondered if anyone here has given it a shot for joint support in endurance training.

I’m thinking of trying a short course – maybe 1-2 capsules daily for a couple weeks – and see if it takes the edge off the stiffness. Has anyone noticed a difference in recovery time or less creakiness when squatting or climbing stairs? Also, curious if stacking it with a low dose oral BPC-157 (like 250 mcg) made sense or if it’s overkill.

Ngl I’m a bit skeptical but willing to give it a go if others saw something tangible. Let me know your experiences, dosing timing, or any side effects you ran into. Thanks!
