My 6‑week low‑dose rapamycin log – sleep, energy and mouth sores

I started taking 4 mg of rapamycin once a week about six weeks ago, just on Sunday evenings with a glass of water and nothing else changed in my routine. I’ve been tracking my sleep with a simple app and noticed that the night after each dose I tend to fall asleep faster and wake up feeling less groggy, almost like I got an extra hour of deep rest. Daytime energy felt a bit smoother too – fewer mid‑afternoon slumps and my evening jogs didn’t leave me as wiped out the next morning. Around week three I got a small sore spot on the inside of my lower lip that lasted about four days before healing, no other GI upset or noticeable side effects.
