Trying Adamax nasal spray for focus – my two‑week log

I’ve been curious about Adamax after reading it’s a Semax analog with supposedly longer action. I started with a low dose of 300mcg intranasal each morning, just to see how it felt during my freelance writing days. The first three days I noticed a slight head buzz, nothing uncomfortable, and my mind seemed to latch onto details a bit faster when I was researching articles.

By day five the buzz faded and I felt a steady clarity that lasted through my morning work block, kinda like when I take a short walk but without the break. Sleep wasn’t affected; I still fell asleep around my usual time. I didn’t stack it with anything else yet because I wanted to isolate the effect.

I’m wondering if anyone else has tried Adamax solo or paired it with Selank for anxiety? Would love to hear your timelines and any tweaks you’d make to the dose.
