First 3 weeks on Mazdutide – weight, appetite and HRV notes

I started Mazdutide at 3 mg once weekly about three weeks ago, mostly to see if the dual GLP‑1/glucagon action would help with the last stubborn pounds around my midsection. I’m tracking my weight each morning, appetite scores before meals, and nightly HRV on my wearable. So far the scale is down about 4 lbs, which feels a bit faster than what I saw with semaglutide alone at a similar dose.
Appetite has dropped noticeably – I’m eating smaller portions without feeling deprived, and I haven’t had the strong cravings I used to get after dinner. HRV has been a little more variable; some nights it’s up, others it’s down, but I’m not sure if that’s the peptide, changes in my training load, or just normal fluctuation. Side effects have been mild: a bit of nausea the first two days after each injection and occasional loose stools, nothing that made me skip a dose.
5 mg next week and will keep logging everything. Would love to hear if anyone else has seen similar HRV shifts or appetite changes on this compound.
