Feedback on TB4-Frag and BPC-157 timing for chronic ankle issues

I have been dealing with some nasty old ankle issues that just will not settle down and I am thinking about trying a new stack to see if it helps. I am looking at using /peptides/tb4-fragment and oral BPC-157 together but I am not sure if I should be spacing them out or just taking them at the same time. My plan is to run the TB4-Frag at about 500 mcg every other day and the oral BPC-157 twice daily, but I wonder if the fragment is better for the deeper tissue penetration like people say and if that means I should time it right before my stretching sessions.

I have used full length /peptides/tb-500 before and it felt alright, but I want to see if the fragment is more targeted for these stubborn tendons lah. If I reconstitute a 5mg vial of TB4-Frag with 2ml of bacteriostatic water, I reckon my math for 500 mcg is about 10 units on a standard insulin syringe, but please tell me if that is wrong. Does anyone have experience stacking these two for joints?
