Ipamorelin at night – does it actually improve sleep or just make you ravenous?

I’ve been trying ipamorelin 200mcg roughly half an hour before lights out for the past two weeks. On the nights I remember to take it I seem to drift off a bit easier and wake up feeling less groggy, but I also notice a pretty strong urge to raid the fridge around 2‑3am. It’s hard to tell if the sleep improvement is real or just because I’m more relaxed knowing I’ve taken something.

I’ve read that ipamorelin is supposed to be less hungry‑inducing than GHRP‑6, but my own experience feels opposite. Has anyone else tracked their sleep quality with a wearable or app while using it? Did you see any measurable change in deep sleep or just a placebo vibe?

Also, did you adjust the dose or timing to curb the midnight hunger? Would love to hear what you folks found, especially if you have any data to share.
