Trying PE 22-28 for a week – any mood changes noticed?

I decided to give PE 22-28 a go after reading about its TREK-1 blocking action and the preclinical mood data. I used a very low dose, just a couple of micrograms intranasal each morning, for seven days straight. I kept a simple notes file on my phone, writing down how I felt each evening and rating my mood on a 1-5 scale.
For me the first two days felt pretty neutral, maybe a tiny lift in energy but nothing strong. On day three I noticed I was a bit less reactive to small stressors, like the usual morning traffic annoyance seemed to fade quicker. By day five I had a sense of calm that lasted into the evening, though I also had a mild headache one afternoon that went away after drinking water and resting.
I cannot say if this was the peptide, placebo, or just a quieter week at work. I stopped after seven days because I want to see how I feel off it before considering another round. If anyone has tried it, I would be curious to hear your timeline and any side effects you noticed. Remember to check with a doctor before trying anything new.
